I like that you can go anywhere USA And know what to expect from a Starbucks. This location was tidy the staffing was friendly, but they were very disorganized. I ordered a drink. It took nearly 12 minutes for them to realize they hadn’t made my drink after I asked them a few times for the drink. Then I had to explain my order again because they couldn’t find the ticket. The drink was Fine, although it taste much better with all the extras I didn’t realize that you could skip the caffeine and that lemonade is a base in the strawberry Asea drink anyway thanks again Starbucks oh one more thing my scone was crusty. I don’t even know how that’s possible but you guys like

Went to purchase a hot chocolate for my son and a medicine ball for myself. When Khani acknowledge my son through the speaker by saying thank you. My son was over the moon. My son is special needs and his action put a smile on my son’s face. And a s mother thank you for acknowledging him. Expectations were exceeded

So today I went and ordered 4 drinks . All light ice and they filled it with a bunch of ice , the night crew sucks! This is so unacceptable, my refreshers taste so water down because of the ice. This is so unacceptable !!!

I went to the starbucks this morning and asked for easy ice. Light ice they even put it on the sticker and look how much ice is in it. Its a grande cup of ice! The sticker has the time stamp of 8:12 and its now 8:20 as im writing this! I took 5 sips! Gone! There was no one in line. Why are they rushing orders! I havent been to starbucks in months. Gave it a try again cause i saw there was no line which is rare. And i remembered why i chose to stop coming. Its slapped together and my 5 sips were not worth $5.75. These big companies just dont care.
